Hi, I wonder if some one know which file includes the sample code for serial port interrupt service routine as it mentioned in documentation. I used Cortex_LM3Sxxxx_IAR_KEIL demo.

Those demo boards do not have a standard UART output. Try looking at the LM3S102 demo which is targeted at a board with a UART connector.
