The demand for amp seems to go in phases, with now being one of the peaks. Can you describe your use case so we can factor it onto our prioritation? In the mean time there are a few third party smp versions of FreeRTOS around, such as the one provided by Espressif in their IDT.

we plan to run freeftos kernel on platform with 2 cores of A53 soc, so maybe smp is the best way to get full use of hardware capability.

I have a few different Zynq based applicaitons (both 7000 & MPSOC) that SMP would be great for. I have actually started experementing with AMP to help improve performacne, but SMP would be even better.
