port for Hi-Tech 18C

I am thinking to port FreeRTOS to Hitech 18C + MPLAB. Is there a guide that teach people how to do the port?

Not much of a guide, but try looking at http://www.freertos.org/FAQPort.html#NewPorts.

Start with one of the existing ports then try modify that.
