Can anyone help me I want to port free RTOS on my STM32F4 Discovery board. I have Atollic true studio.

Both True Studio (or the updated version branded by ST directly) or ST’s Cube MX will create a FreeRTOS project for that board for you - you don’t need to port it yourself.
