FreeRTOS+ is a showcase for lots of different FreeRTOS add on components. Most components are third party. If you are referring just to FreeRTOS+IO and FreeRTOS+CLI, then we had FreeRTOS+CLI running in the classes at this years Microchip masters conference. To get FreeRTOS+IO running you would need to first write a board support package.
