FreeRTOS+TCP xilinx_ultrascale port does not compile in Vitis SDT flow

The xilinx_ultrascale port in V4.4.1 does not compile in Vitis Unified IDE (which uses the SDT flow) since it uses the deprecated device ID constructs.

What should I do? Open an issue on github? Make a pull request with my changes? Post my changes here?
