I traced problem through simulation in keil and i found timer tick is not working properly, then i checked user manuals for both LPC2129 and LPC2378 but i am not able to trace problem in vect addr but still when T0IR becomes 1 and still programe control is not going to timer interrupt, if there is any changes in VICVECTADDR then please suggest me

Have you enabled the interrupt in the timer peripheral?

finally problem solved made lot of changes in VICaddresses, timer interrupt, and startup file
and now code for LPC2129 port is working for LPC2378
