It’s a nit-pick, but to help develop based on a “known-good” version would somebody please add a tag for release 7.1.0 to the SVN repository?

Not nit-picking at all - an oversight on my part.
As files have been checked in since, I have created the tag from the revision number, and just checked out against the tag to ensure the files matched those in the 7.1.0 zip file - which they do.
All previous versions are also available as .zip files.
