Semaphore & vTaskDelete

i have question about Semaphore & vTaskDelete.

What happens with a semaphore that is taken by a Task which is deleted before it releases the semaphore again ? Will it be released automatically ?

No - it will not be released automatically.  You have to be careful that a task does not use a semaphore that has been deleted.
