I did have an old version of Tracelyzer which I purchased and I did look at the current full commercial version, but it doesn’t work with ST’s St-Link. Segger does have some downloads to convert St-Link to Seggers jLink, but only for a small subset of ST’s development boards. I do have a JLink Pro which I use for custom boards, but I don’t do many of those now I’ve retired.
Stlink is somewhat limited compared to jLink, but with RTOS aware debugging and profiling it does 8o% of what is needed.
I will have a look at the free version.
I will have to retract all of that it looks like Tracelyzer DOES now support St-Link. I will give it a test drive and get back to you. It is an excellent product and I would be happy to pay for a full license when the Australian Dollar improves a bit.
