There are some SAM7X network examples in the download and some lwIP 1.3 examples in the download, just put the two together.

I do not know current version in FreeRTOS tree, maybe it is modified for 1.3.0 already. If it is not I can send you my copy. AFAIR, all you need to do is to modify some sys definition and some in ethernet link driver. You can reach me at xxxx@xxxx.com.
