we are using freeRTOS that is bundled with Renesas RA micro in our product. does this freeRTOS version have code from HP-UX B.10.20 OS? or related with HP-UX B.10.20 OS in some way?

The official FreeRTOS does not have any dependency on HP-UX B.10.20. However, you should verify with Renesas whether they have implemented any custom modifications to the standard FreeRTOS distribution.
