I finally managed to get an esp32-c3 working with AWS IoT, OTA, and MQTT - controlling a relay via API.

My project is a relay controlled via API that I can control via web and mobile apps. This relay will be used to open/close turnstiles and automatic doors.

What are the steps to go from my prototype to something that I can deliver to customers?

  • Hire a PCB design company? (Maybe fiverr)
  • How can I make a box/enclosure?
  • Monitoring?
  • What should I expect that can go wrong?
