How to enable USE_NEWLIB_REENTRANT?

I’m trying to setup STM32F429I with TouchGFX, but during the debug this message appears:

Did you try to follow the instructions on screen ?
To set it up manually, you can do it here.

This should be set in FreeRTOSConfig.h. FreeRTOS.h shouldn’t be edited.
