FreeRTOS for SAMD20 Explained Pro Atmel kit

Hi,
I am very new to RTOS and had experienced on microcontroller using C only.
I want to have some idea how to start using FreeRtos on SAMD20 explained pro kit.
I have evaluated some FreeRtos demo code on the kit. But I need some document for having good hands on experience. Every time when I start on that I just went into lot of documentation of FreeRtos and then gone away in some other direction.

What is it you are looking for? I presume you have tried the demo in the download. The website has lots of excellent information (although chaotically organized if that is ok to say). You can also buy a book for $25.
