FreeRTOS and TOPPERS Porting Platform

Dear All,

1) Can you guys suggest a microcontroller in which we can port FreeRTOS and TOPPERS easily.
2) Is there any demo codes available for the same ? ( i could find some FreeRTOS demo codes in freertos site .
    But didnt get any for TOPPERS)
