Finding echonserver address FreeRTOS +TCP/FAT Demo

Hi,

I’m trying to setup the FreeRTOS+ TCP/FAT with UDP logging. I’m using a Windows 10 OS. I’ve setup (according to Microsoft) the echo server. However, no matter where I look, I cannot find the echo server address, even with ipconfig and nslookup. Is there an alias it goes under? Something else I should try? Many thanks in advance.
