When i try to build the example15 from the real time kernel practical guide.
I am getting the following errors please clarify me.
I am building the examples with arm-none-linux-eabi-gcc.

Looks like the C libraries you are using require you to provide the implementation of some helper functions. I guess you are using newlib?
Does the ‘linux’ in the compiler name mean it runs or Linux, or builds for Linux. If it builds for Linux then it is not a compiler that can be used with FreeRTOS.
That looks like a Linux library. Are you able to build the complete projects following the instructions in the book, with the tools described in the book?
