Documentation update for vTaskGetRunTimeStats()

For the output of vTaskGetRunTimeStats(), it would be helpful if the units for the task time were indicated, e.g. microseconds, ticks, etc. Perhaps also a sample of the output, similar to what vTaskList() links to.
