This is a followup to:  
[ff\_fflush() – does it exist?](https://www.freertos.org/FreeRTOS_Support_Forum_Archive/August_2018/freertos_ff_fflush_-_does_it_exist_8a0de842j.html)

I don’t know if anyone is keeping a wish list for FreeRTOS+FAT, but I would like to second the notion that this function would be a worthy enhancement.

[fsync](https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/functions/fsync.html) might suffice, if that’s easier. It’s a little simpler than [fflush](https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/functions/fflush.html).
