A processor that limited is likely not able to do a lot for this sort of situation. At 640 x 480 black and white resolution, one line of the screen has 80 bytes even with only 1 bit per pixel, which is more than the processor you mentioned.

Memory specification is given in that link’s page. I don’t know how he’s doing with 68 bytes
