ID Code Protection

Hello,
I had a code that worked with the RX63T microcontroller. To protect the reading of the code on RFP, I put an IDE Code and it works, while I did the same thing with the microcontroller RX66T but it does not work ie, It does not take into account.
Has anyone encountered this problem before?
