No, the code in main does not work for me.
I replaced the #ifndef SDT with #if 1 in SetUpSLCRDivisors (for now): git

Additionally the #XPAR_PS7_ETHERNET_0_ENET_SLCR_x_DIVx defines must exist which they didn’t for me.
