Failed to launch the windows sim solution on Visual Studio Community 2019

FreeRTOS community,
I just downloaded freeRTOS from github and follow the startup doc to open FreeRTOS\Demo\WIN32-MSVC\WIN32.sln, but failed with the error

D:\sources_3rd\FreeRTOS\FreeRTOS\Demo\WIN32-MSVC\WIN32.vcxproj : error : 对 COM 组件的调用返回了错误 HRESULT E_FAIL

Sorry for the Chinese characters. It is complaining something like the "call to a COM component return error HRESULT E_FAIL
It seems no one has ever met the problem. Can anyone help me?
