Cortex-A5 (/SAMA5D3) GCC specific port

With the release of FreeRTOS 8.1 a port for the Cortex-A5 (without GIC support) was added. However, this port is just available for IAR Embedded Workbench. Is there a port for GCC planned in the foreseeable future (either with or without a demo…)?

Well we don’t plan not to add a GCC port, I’m sure it will happen at some point, but its not on the immediate road map.
