I just gave it a quick try, when I run make flash, it actually automatically detects the port for me. I can, however, confirm the make menuconfig does not show the serial port configuration. I’ll reach out to espressif for this issue. Meanwhile, you can also try setting the environment variable ESPPORT to your desired port. Let me know if this helps.
