should I replace the existing

FreeRTOS_closesocket( pTlsTransportParams->tcpSocket );
with
Sockets_Disconnect( pTlsTransportParams->tcpSocket );

You can replace the line FreeRTOS_closesocket with Sockets_Disconnect. FreeRTOS_closesocket is not required for cellular interface.
