Cannot Open Demo Hew project file

Hello,
I’m newbie with all of this (RTOS and embedded firmware). I want to try the RTOS with a H8 2329, I’ve downloaded de source but when I try to open  the hew project demo file the program say’s that “Workspace file ‘C:\Tmp\H8S\RTOSDemo.hws’ is invalid, cannot open workspace”.
I have tried it using Hew3 and Hew 1.
Has it happened to anyone  else?

I’m the same than before. I also have tried to change  the path to "C:\E\Dev" as I’ve seen in the  .hws , but  it happens the same.
I also have de GNUH8  integrated in the Hew3.

I use hew 4 and is working.
